we are being splashed frequently in the media,
and some of us would rather stay home,
garden, bake, rake leaves or prepare for the Grey Cup game.

How is the leaf raking coming along?
I plan to take up the challenge one of these days...of making the hazelnut 'log roll'. Though I know I won't be doing it in 5 minutes or less!

Marg - I will be trying this one as it sounds like the sort of thing that would be perfect for Christmas Eve. I have a nice bag of ground Hazlenuts from my last visit to the Harrison area.
Five minutes? Are you kidding me Marg? I'll be lucky if I can even put that roll together..oh and first I have to go on a 'ground hazelnuts' hunt which will take much more than 5 minutes. Okay I give up, I can't win:)
